Known for its iridescent foliage that shifts from deep black to metallic blue or purple depending on light, this compact elephant ear adds bold contrast and tropical drama to gardens and containers. Its maroon undersides and jet-black stems enhance its sculptural appeal, making it a standout in mass plantings, urban gardens, or interiorscapes with strong light.
